These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CleanWorld Restoration website at cleanworldrestoration.com and the services provided by CleanWorld Restoration ("CleanWorld," "we," "our," or "us"), a restoration and cleaning company based in Memphis, Tennessee.
By accessing our website, submitting a booking request, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
By booking a service through our website, phone, or any other communication channel, you agree to these Terms and enter into a service agreement with CleanWorld Restoration. Each booking constitutes a separate service agreement governed by these Terms.
Your appointment is confirmed only when you receive explicit confirmation from a CleanWorld Restoration representative via phone, text, or email. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a confirmed appointment.

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.
Emergency service calls are exempt from the 24-hour cancellation policy. However, emergency calls that are cancelled after technicians have been dispatched may be subject to a dispatch fee to cover travel and mobilization costs.
We make every effort to honor scheduled appointment windows. In rare cases, scheduling changes may be necessary due to emergency calls or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as early as possible of any changes.
Any pricing estimates provided via phone, online chat, or the booking form are preliminary and subject to change upon on-site assessment. Final pricing is determined after our technicians inspect the property and evaluate the full scope of work. Estimates are not binding guarantees of final cost.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing prior to the service date. We accept major credit cards, cash, checks, and other payment methods as specified at the time of service.
Commercial maintenance contracts are governed by the terms of the individual service agreement signed between CleanWorld Restoration and the client. In the event of a conflict between a signed service agreement and these Terms, the signed service agreement takes precedence.
For water damage and restoration services, CleanWorld Restoration provides comprehensive documentation including photos, moisture readings, and detailed scope of work reports to assist with your insurance claim.
While we assist with documentation and can communicate directly with your insurance adjuster, the homeowner or property owner remains responsible for filing the claim and managing their relationship with their insurance provider. CleanWorld Restoration does not guarantee insurance approval or coverage for any services rendered.
CleanWorld Restoration's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:

You are responsible for ensuring that our technicians have safe, unobstructed access to your property at the scheduled appointment time. This includes:
CleanWorld Restoration is not responsible for damage to items that were not disclosed or that were left in the service area after our technician has requested their removal.
CleanWorld Restoration provides a 30-day workmanship warranty on all standard services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, contact us within 30 days of service completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.
This warranty covers the quality of our work only and does not cover re-soiling, new stains, new damage, or conditions caused by normal use after service completion. The warranty does not apply to pre-existing conditions that were disclosed prior to service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
