Submitting a booking request through our website or by phone does not constitute a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only when you receive explicit confirmation from a CleanWorld Restoration representative via phone, text, or email.
We make every effort to honor scheduled appointment windows. In rare cases, scheduling changes may be necessary due to emergency calls or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as early as possible of any changes.
You are responsible for ensuring that our technicians have safe, unobstructed access to your property at the scheduled appointment time. You must disclose any known hazards, pets, or restricted areas prior to service.
For water damage and other emergency restoration services, we offer 24/7 response with a target arrival time of 60 minutes within our service area. Response times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and technician availability. Our emergency response target is a best-effort commitment and is not a guaranteed contractual obligation.
Any pricing estimates provided via phone, online chat, or the booking form are preliminary and subject to change upon on-site assessment. Final pricing is determined after our technicians inspect the property and scope of work.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing prior to the service date. We accept major credit cards, cash, and other payment methods as specified at the time of service.
Commercial maintenance contracts are governed by the terms of the individual service agreement signed between CleanWorld Restoration and the client. In the event of a conflict, the signed service agreement supersedes these Terms.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.
Emergency service calls that are cancelled after technicians are dispatched may be subject to a dispatch fee to cover travel and time costs.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns, which may include a return visit to correct any issues.
All complaints must be reported directly to CleanWorld Restoration by calling (901) 676-7111 or via the contact information below. We cannot address complaints reported solely through third-party review platforms without direct communication.
CleanWorld Restoration's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage caused by structural issues beyond our control, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
We carry general liability insurance. Upon request, we can provide proof of insurance prior to service.
Please remove or secure fragile items, valuables, and personal belongings from areas to be serviced before our technicians arrive. CleanWorld Restoration is not responsible for damage to items that were not disclosed or that were left in the service area contrary to our technician's instructions.
